Services are pre-paid and payment is done when you purchase card.
When you activate your card (i.e. when you make first call using that card)
the C.U. are deposited to your account according the rates of National
Bank of Moldova at activation day.
Thus your money are protected against inflation and you may spend them
as needed. Funds removal from your virtual account is done at the moment of
of call performing according actual rates. In case of rates modifications
your call will be billed according new rates on your next call.
It means that you are given a possibility to save even much more in
case of prices decrease. |
